Monday after work I went to Cross Fit again. Really liking it.
Yesterday I ran 9 miles. Tough run. Uphill on the way back with a nasty headwind. Only walked about 1/2 mile of it. Took a long time though, 124 minutes. Pretty slow. And I'm sore today. I was planning on doing a short 3 mile today but I've got quite a spasm going in my left leg and I'm going to Cross Fit again today so I'll skip the run for now.
