A run AND weights

Yesterday after work I ran the same two miles again.  Felt even better.  I'm not too surprised at the difficulty.  After all it has been six weeks of rest.  My hip wasn't too sore afterwards but I performed the required stretches before and after the run and then applied the ice pack.

This morning I managed to get up early enough to fit in a weight work out.
I know I'm going to be sore from this for a while.  Ouch.  Already am!
